African Democratic Congress (ADC) Presidential Candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has said the Federal Government, especially the Ministers of Solid Mineral Development and Interior, Dele Alake and Olubunmi Tunji-Ojo, respectively, owe Nigerians explanation over the death of 37 miners in government custody.
